Attitudes and values
The values are ethical action accepted in a cultural group, in a context were the cultural its mixed the ethical behavior could be a center of conflicts. but with the appropriated management cant turn this obstacle in an advantage if the difference are canalize to get great creation.
the values are often learned by people by the ethical action that are permuted in their society, and the behavior are shaping by these values, and ethic action that identifies a cultural believes and attitudes. for these reasons values as achievements, honesty, and fairness can be expressed in defferents way in a multicultural context. for these reason it is important to have a very knowledge manager that can have a cultural skill as well as capability of changes.
but these attitudes can be changes if are tower the ethical behaivos and values in the society. the manager at work can work together with employees to adapt and search the possibility of change bad attitudes at work. all this only if the actitus of the employe if its negative or positive to orders and changes.
